The Board of Directors in its meeting held on
12 January 2011 has approved the formation of four separate independent subsidiary companies of the Corporation.
DSIIDC is undertaking a variety of complex and unrelated
activities, and at times finds it difficult to focus on these
activities to take advantage of growth potential and to
increase profitability. Accordingly, it was decided to transfer
some of the activities to the wholly owned subsidiary
companies. These activities are related to liquor business,
handling of import/export business & material management
maintenance/logistic services & planning-related to real
estate business, and energy services.
In compliance to the decision of the Board, the
Corporation has incorporated the following four
subsidiary companies on 19 May 2011:
